We are thrilled to announce Michelle Rogers has joined the NJ team as a Program Support Manager for the Family Preservation Unit.
Michelle is a Wiradjuri woman, Dabee descent, who has been living and working on Bundjalung Country for over 20 years. “I have five adult children and two delightful granddaughters who light up my life. I bring to NJ over 23 years’ experience working in the NSW Public Sector, Department of Housing as well as Community Services. While with Community Services I had the opportunity to provide leadership in the implementation of program reforms by providing practice consultation and coaching as well as consultancy on the permanency support program. I look forward to working for the Community in the design, implementation and delivery of family preservation services through Ngunya Jarjum, funded by FaCS. There are great opportunities ahead for broader and more meaningful services to our families with Ngunya Jarjum.”
